Walking to Lose Weight Fast |
If you are just starting on your quest to getting skinny, walking is a good start. It doesn't have to be strenous walking. When you are just getting started, all you need to do is get more active. Start with 30 minutes walking around your neighnorhood or walking your dog. Do this for 3 times a week. When you feel more comfortable you can increase your intensity and duration.
During summer, you can go to the beach or go to a public pool and swim. Swimming is a good exercise for starters because it works your whole body.
Of course, more importantly, when you have decided that you want to lose weight you need to start eating more healthy foods such as fruits and vegetables.
Exercise and healthy eating will gradually propel your lose weight goals and you will start getting skinny in no time.
